Mira M. White will demonstrate one of her special mixed media techniques at the February 13 El Cerrito Art Association meeting. Demonstrating with soft pastels, she will be working wet and dry using watercolor, collage and acrylics.
Ms. White teaches many classes locally and has taught in other parts of the country. The recent national California Watercolor Show exhibited one of her paintings and her participation in shows is frequent. Her web site is MiraMWhite.com. The meeting will be held in the Garden Room of the El Cerrito Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane in El Cerrito. The evening begins at 7 p.m. with social time and a “mini art show” of members’ work. A brief business meeting is held at 7:30 followed immediately by the speaker.
El Cerrito Art Association meetings are open to the public, and visitors and new members are always welcome.
