The El Cerrito Art Association meets monthly from February to November on the second Monday of the month from 7 until 9 p.m. Each meeting features a mini art show of member works and a program or demonstration by an artist.
Meetings are at the Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane, El Cerrito. The door opens at 7 p.m. Check-in deadline for the mini art show is 7:15 p.m. The program follows at 7:30 p.m.
March 12, 2012: Anthony Holdsworth
Anthony embarked on a painting career while working as Head of Outdoor Restoration for the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, Italy after the flood of 1966. He was a recipient of WESTAF-NEA fellowship in 1990. He shows in many major California galleries and museums and his work is in corporate and private collections worldwide.
